Being disabled has its own problems, but that is no reason why we should not be able to enjoy ourselves. And this should include being able to travel. But this then creates other problems for those of us in wheelchairs..... This comes when we try to enter Hotels and such like who claim to be 'accessible for the disabled'. I became so disgusted that I decided to do something constructive about it which would be helpful to other disabled travelers.
This new service is the result of my endeavors. I hope it will be useful to you all.
If you encounter any problems from places which
DO CLAIM to be accessible, but then turn out NOT to be, please let me know
and I will make sure that they are not entered into, or deleted from these
pages. On the other hand, if you find somewhere which is not here, but
should be, again, let me know and I will try to check it out for the benefit
of everybody else. Also, if you have any criticisms, comments, or suggestions,
please feel free to contact me through the 'YOU CAN HELP' page.
